二、学习者特征分析
The foundation of students in Grade One of senior high school is still relatively weak, especially in English listening and speaking. The vocabulary of all students is relatively limited, students are still used to thinking in Chinese. On the other hand, the attention of senior high school students is comparatively good, and the enthusiasm and interest in English learning are high. However, students do not pay attention to topics as drugs in their daily lives, and their cognition needs to be further cultivated.
Therefore, before teaching, the teacher is supposed to encourage students to learn relevant background information through multimedia and the networks. In classroom teaching, the teacher will try to stimulate students’ enthusiasm to participate in teaching activities by guiding students to discuss and cooperate with each other.
