中文摘要：在全球经济化的背景下，国际贸易的规模和发展越来越广泛。商务英语英译汉在国际贸易中成为了主流的沟通方式和谈判的重要手段。正因如此，商务英语英译汉就成为了不可或缺的一部分，在商务英语英汉翻译的过程当中需要考虑贸易双方的文化背景，风俗习惯，价值理念等等。否则，可能会导致不必要的麻烦和误会发生。因此，本文主要分析了商务英语的三个方面，首先，商务英语在国际贸易中的重要性及其应用，还有商务英语中翻译当中的一些概念。其次，商务英语英汉翻译的特征，其中包括文体特征和语言特征，对文体特征和语言特征进行分析探讨。最后是商务英语英汉翻译的技巧和原则，商务英语翻译的技巧，分别是一词多义，词类转译，词义引申，词量增减。目的是为了让学习商务英语翻译的人能够更加深入了解商务英语翻译的复杂性，从而在学习过程当中更加认真，在翻译中更加准确简洁，促进合作双方的利益最大化。
