摘要:本文采用观察法针对大班幼儿在师幼互动中开启的表达情感行为进行研究,归纳幼儿表达情感行为中表达者的性别、表达方式、表达对象、反馈行为性质、行为结果等基本特征。结合分析工具、文字记录及观察访谈,将幼儿表达情感行为的动机分为个性特征、情感偏好、期待关注和追求奖励四大类。进而,从表达对象的选择、表达情感的动机及反馈方式三个维度进一步分析讨论,为幼儿教师进行良好的师幼互动提供有针对性的建议。

Abstract:This paper adopts the observational method to study the disclosed infants' expressive emotional behavior in higher class during one day activity, and to include the basic characters such as sexuality of the utterer, expressive method , expressive object, feedback behavior nature and the consequence of the behavior in infant's expressive emotional behavior. With the help of analysis tool, literal recording and observational interview, the motivation of the infant's expressive emotional behavior will be divided into four classes as personality characteristics, emotional preference, attention expectation and incentive pursuing. Then a further discussion will be started from three dimensional as the selection of expressive object, the motivation of the expressive emotion and feedback manner to provide pertinence suggestions for a teacher to carry out better interaction between infants and teacher.

问题的提出
饭后散步时,大家都坐在长廊里休息,毕飞走到老师跟前,抓着老师的手亲了一口,说:“老师,我爱你的。”老师问:“你知道什么是爱么?”毕飞想了一下说:“那我是喜欢你的。”大家继续散步,毕飞跑过来牵着老师一起走。
这是一个师幼互动中幼儿表达情感的行为事件,笔者在实习过程中经常看到。现今幼儿园非常注重幼儿情感教育,幼儿能积极表达自己的情感是其主要目标之一;同时表达积极情感是一种亲社会行为,亦是一种良好的师幼互动方式。而,针对这种具有积极意义的行为的相关研究却少之又少,并且笔者在实习过程中还发现幼儿表达情感行为的动机比较复杂,这给幼儿亲社会行为的培养与教育工作带来了一定难度。
理论与现实的矛盾引起了研究者的好奇与研究兴趣。利用学校安排的实习到幼儿园收集资料,通过运用相关分析工具进行分析,来探讨幼儿表达情感行为的基本特征及动机等,希望呈现的研究成果能为幼儿亲社会性发展的理论研究和教育实践提供一些有益的建议。
