The students are in the seventh grade. They have a good memory and imitation ability to learn English. They also have a strong thirst for knowledge and expressive desire. They also hope to get others' affirmation. However, some students are not confident, ashamed to show their thoughts. Therefore, the teacher will try her best to involve students in teaching activities to have more opportunities to speak English and reduce their fear. Due to the weak foundation and lack of rich language foundation, some students with difficulty in learning have some difficulties in completing some tasks. The teacher will encourage them more in the teaching process, so that they can experience the joy of success and students at all levels can gain something.
