摘要:随着知识经济的迅猛发展和全球化市场竞争的加剧,企业的生存方式和管理模式已经发生了深刻的变革,越来越多的企业意识到人力资源成为企业竞争的重要源泉。知识经济社会,企业之间竞争的核心是知识,而企业发展的关键在于知识型员工,他们具有较强的学习能力和创新能力,是企业获得竞争优势的关键所在。近几年来,知识型员工不管是从数量上还是结构上都出现了前所未有的变化。面对增长如此迅速的知识型员工,他们的管理问题也越来越受到关注,成为企业管理的热点话题。本文首先对企业知识型员工绩效管理中存在的问题进行了深入的分析,其次,从社会环境层面、企业层面和知识型员工层面分析了产生问题的原因,最后提出了改善企业知识型员工绩效管理的对策。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the knowledge economy and globalization intensified competition in the market, ways of life and the management of the enterprise have been a profound change, more and more companies realize that human resources become an important source in competition. Knowledge economy society, knowledge is the core of competition between businesses, and enterprise development is the key to knowledge workers, they have strong learning ability and the innovation ability, they are the key enterprise to gain competitive advantage . In recent years, knowledge workers have a unprecedented changes whatever in quantities or in structure , in the face of rapidly growing knowledge workers, their management is more and more concerned as hot topics of business management. First of all, this article on enterprise performance management of knowledge workers in the in-depth analysis of the issues, secondly, from social and environmental dimensions and levels of knowledge workers, enterprise level analysis of the cause of the problem, concludes with a countermeasure of improving enterprise performance management of knowledge workers.
