摘要:当今社会,一个企业之所以能够取得成功,能够取得骄人的业绩,能够不断的发展壮大,是因为其具有优秀、独特、强有力并难以模仿的企业文化。企业文化不仅是培育和提升企业核心竞争力的重要因素,更是企业持续发展的精神动力和最关键的竞争力。换言之,优秀的企业文化本身就是企业独有的核心竞争力,企业文化是决定企业生存发展的关键因素。因此,企业间的竞争归根结底是企业优秀文化力的竞争。一个企业要想在激烈的竞争中获取可观利润,甚至是超额利润,就必须具备优秀的企业文化,形成核心竞争力。本文采用理论研究与实践分析相结合等多种研究方法对企业文化提升企业核心竞争力的作用机制进行了分析,并在剖析企业文化发展现状及存在问题的基础上论述了企业文化提升企业核心竞争力的路径。

Abstract:Today's society, an enterprise has been able to success, be able to achieve superior results, be able to continually grow and develop, because of its outstanding, unique, powerful and difficult corporate culture. The corporate culture is to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, an important factor in the sustainable development of spiritual power and the most critical competitive. In other words, excellent corporate culture itself is a unique enterprise core competitiveness, corporate culture is to determine the key factors of enterprise survival and development. Therefore, competition among enterprises is ultimately a competition of outstanding cultural force. An enterprise to obtain substantial profits in the fierce competition, and even excess profits, it must have a good corporate culture, form the core competitiveness. In this paper, theoretical study and practice of combining and so a variety of research methods on the mechanism of action of the corporate culture to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises analyzed and discussed in the analysis of corporate culture development status and problems on the basis of corporate culture to enhance their core competitiveness the path of the force.
