摘要:随着生产和流通的日益社会化,现代化,尤其是半个世纪以来产品包装得到了飞速的发展,在市场商品交换的重要地位也越来越来突出,目前,已普遍引起人们的重视。然而现在的食品包装企业还没有完全实现机械化、自动化的生产。特别是在面条包装行业中,大部分仍然采用手工和机械一起配合加工,针对以上情况,就需要设计出与之相对应的专业机器来实现面条包装的过程。这样不但能提高劳动生产率和改善劳动条件,同时还能实现小批量或者是大批量的生产,实现产品生产的高度机械化、电气化和自动化,从而促进我国国民经济的发展。基于此,本文设计了一台面条自动包装机自动化包装。本文首先介绍了选题目的及意义,阐述了包装行业的发展、特点以及发展状况;然后根据包装机的特点、基本要求,确定最终的设计方案图;在论文的主体设计部分包括电动机的选择、V带的设计、横封辊和纵封辊的设计、量杯定容给量式的选择和设计,以及对典型零件的校核,最后对本次设计进行简单的总结。
1,主要介绍选题的目的和意义、我国包装机械的现状及发展、包装机械的特点及方向。
2,通过包装机械的特点设计包装机的基本要求;以及对包装机总体布局的认识与了解确定总体方案,画出总体方案图。
3,本章是本次设计的主题部分,分别对各部分零件(贮料斗、计量杯、材料、纵封器、横封器、电机、V带等)做出分析和工作原理的介绍。
4,对重要零件的校核,包括:立柱的机构设计和受力的就算、齿轮的受力分析和按弯矩组合应力校核轴的强度

Abstract:As the manufacture and circulation becoming more and more socialization and modernization day by day, especially since half of century the products’ packing has developed at a high speed, the position of products’ packing in the market of Commodity Exchange is getting more and more outstanding. At present, it has already drawn the common attention of people. While the food packaging enterprise has not been fully mechanized and automated nowadays, especially in the packaging business of noodles, manual and mechanical processing together is still used in most of the industries. According to this, it needs to design the corresponding and professional machines to achieve the process of noodle packaging. In this way, it not only can increase the labor productivity and improve working conditions, it also can realize low-volume or high volume production, to achieve a high degree of mechanization, electrification and automation of production. Besides that, it makes a contribution to the development of national economy. Based on this, this paper shows the design of a noodle autonomic packaging machine to achieve automation packaging. This paper introduces the purpose and significance of the thesis, and presents the development of packaging business, characteristics and development status firstly. Then, according to the characteristics and basic requirements of the packaging machine, confirming the final design map. The main section of the paper consist of the choice of electromotor, the design of V-belt, the design of horizontal seal rollers and longitudinal sealing rollers, the choice of style and the design of capacity feeder in the style of measuring cup, as well as the checking of typical parts. At last, the author will give a brief conclusion to the design in this paper.
Chapter one is to introduce the purpose and meanings of this study and the packaging machinery present situation in our country, including the characteristics and direction of packaging machinery.
Chapter two is through the basic requirements of packaging machinery design; and the understanding the overall plan, drawing the scheme figure.
Chapter three is the main part of the study; it is to analysis and description of the principle work (the hopper, measuring cup, the material, the vertical sealing device, horizontal sealing device, motor, V belt, etc) respectively.
Chapter four is checking the main spare parts, including Column the institutions of the design and stress of gear, even if force analysis and press bending moment combination of strength check stress axis.
