摘要:当今社会的快速发展,自动门系统已开始应用于公司﹑商场等。本设计主要介绍可编程控制器三菱FX2N系列PLC在自动门控制中的应用,设计中采用两个感应探测器(门内和门外)和一些开关及传感器作为此系统的输入设备,应用直流电机进行控制。分析该控制系统的工作原理及系统的硬件组成,分析人体感应探测器﹑自动门运行位置检测﹑门运行障碍检测﹑密码锁功能等控制的工作过程,对直流电机的选型及调速﹑I∕O点的确定及自动门的动作过程等方面进行详细阐述,用程序分配全天不同时间段门的运行。在此基础上,给出了控制系统软件设计的程序流程图﹑外部端子接线图及PLC控制梯形图等。本设计介绍应用故障率低﹑维修方便﹑可靠性高的可编程控制器控制系统取代传统的继电接触器控制系统﹑单片机控制系统,实现自动门控制的过程。

Abstract:Modern society develops rapidly, automatic door system has been used in the company, the mall, etc. This design mainly introduce programmable controller mitsubishi FX2N series in the application of PLC automatic control, design with two sensing probe (door and the door) and some switch and the sensor as the system input device, the application of dc motor control. Analysis of the control system and working principle of the system hardware composition, analysis the human body, the automatic door mic-motion detectors operation position detection, door operation obstacle detection, combination lock function control work process of dc motor of the selection and speed regulation, I/O point and the determination of the automatic door action process, etc are expounded, use program allocation throughout the different period the operation of the door. Based on this, given the control system software design program flow chart, external terminal the wiring diagram and PLC control ladder diagram, etc. This design introduces applied low failure rate, easy maintenance, high reliability of PLC control system instead of traditional relay contact device control systems, single-chip microcomputer control system, the realization of automatic door control process.
