摘要:本论文根据某住宅小区的供水情况调查,该小区的供水系统原采用水池+水泵+高位水箱供水,该系统利用浮球阀来关闭进水,不能有效及时控制进水量,造成水资源的浪费。为了节省水资源,对该系统改用水池+变频泵供水方式,进行恒压供水。该方案采用 PLC及变频供水设备,由PLC进行逻辑控制,由变频器进行压力调节。在经过PID控制,通过PLC控制变频与工频切换,实现闭环自动调节恒压供水。该系统自动化程度高,在保证可靠供水前提下,充分发挥了变频调速的节能潜力,消除了主管网压力波动,满足了用户用水的需求;并且有显著地节能效果,而且减少了主管网和阀门等器件的破损。其次,还可以将它与各种监控软件连接,方便现场运行状态的监控和实现远程操作。该系统自投入运行后,十分稳定,很少出现故障,而且节能效果明显。

Abstract:The paper according to the residential area water supply situation investigation, the area of water supply system with water tank + pump + high water supply, the system uses the float valve to close the inlet, cannot effectively control into the water, causing the waste of the water resources. In order to save water resources, on the system to pool and variable frequency pump water supply mode, constant pressure water supply.The scheme based on PLC and frequency of water supply equipment, carried out by PLC logic control, by the frequency converter to regulate pressure. After PID control, through the PLC control variable frequency and power frequency switching, realize closed loop to automatically adjust the constant pressure water supply. The system is a high degree of automation, reliable guarantee in water supply premise, give full play to the frequency control the potential of energy saving, eliminate the competent nets pressure fluctuations and meet the needs of the user water; And have significantly energy saving effect, and reduce the competent nets and devices such as the breakage of the valve. Second, can also will it with all kinds of monitoring software connections, convenient operation of the state monitoring and to realize the remote operation. Since the system works, very stable, very few breaks down, and energy saving effect is obvious.
