摘要:为了有效控制教室内的粉尘污染,减少教育工作者的劳动强度,设计了一种使用于教育系统的自动无尘黑板擦,提出了一种可自动将黑板上的字迹擦除干净且可减少粉尘扩散的机构创新的设计方案,该吸尘设计方案的吸尘方法与普通吸尘器的吸尘原理及方法基本相同,只是进行了适当改进,使之适宜在黑板擦内具有较好的吸尘效果,从而使黑板擦具有吸尘功能。这一设计方案主要进行了吸尘黑板擦的整体设计以及机械性擦除黑板上的字迹的装置设计,它的使用可以大大减少教育工作者的劳动强度并且该机构对飞扬的粉笔灰有较好的清除效果,有利于教室内人员的健康。本设计包括吸尘黑板擦的机构组成和黑板擦左右、上下移动在内的具体设计。介绍了该机构工作原理,通过三维建模,给出了本设计的整体结构以及黑板擦的运动形式。该机构对研究黑板擦的自动吸尘以及自动擦除具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了选题目的及意义,阐述了无尘黑板擦的发展状况;然后根据不同的工作原理设计出两种不同的设计方案,并对两种方案进行优化对比,确定最终的设计方案,在论文的主体设计部分包括动力的选择、吸尘风扇、圆柱凸轮机构、无尘黑板擦的三维建模设计、计算和最终装配;最后对本次设计进行总结,简要说明本设计的优点与不足。并提出进一步研究的设想。
