摘要:为了满足对煤炭日夜增长的需要,必须大量生产综合机械化采煤设备,迅速增加综合机械化采煤工作面。因此,液压支架的性能决定了整个综采的进度与安全,从而对液压支架的液压系统的的设计成了液压支架设计的重要部分。
本论文主要阐述了掩护式液压支架的液压系统的设计过程,另外也对液压支架中的主要部件做了设计。设计过程中根据液压支架的工作要求和工作条件,充分利用液压设计手册软件简明、方便的特点,在完成相关的设计分析、计算后,综合出较优的液压系统原理,并对相关液压元件的参数选择以及整个液压系统的性能进行验算,然后通过CQYZ-M/C1智能化测控液压系统实验台进行验证,在实验成功的基础上,绘制出液压系统原理图。本论文中对液压支架的设计内容如下:
第一章 液压支架的设计目的以及对液压支架的概述。
第二章 对掩护式液压支架支架中的结构和主要部件的设计。
根据支架的工作要求、环境,对支架的顶梁、掩护梁、底座、前后连杆等主要部件进行设计。
第三章 对掩护式液压支架中立柱及其他千斤顶的设计。
根据液压支架的工作要求、环境,完成对支架立柱液压缸及其他千斤顶的设计。
第四章 对掩护式液压支架的液压系统的设计与计算。
根据支架需要完成的动作,确定液压系统的回路,从而拟定液压系统原理图,并完成液压系统的验算。
