摘要:随着城镇居民人口的增长,住宅区的三表数量也飞速增多。传统的手抄方式花费的时间多并且效率低下,少数用户拖欠水电费的现象也影响了水电公司的利益。本文基于ZigBee网络提出了智能小区自动抄表系统。该系统由协调器节点、终端节点和上位机组成。协调器节点和终端节点都包含以CC2530芯片为核心的无线通信模块。协调器节点负责组建ZigBee网络,完成水、电、煤气数据与上位机的传输;终端节点负责采集、存储并向协调器节点上传水、电、煤气数据,和协调器节点之间通过ZigBee协议完成无线传输。多个终端节点位于不同的用户,每个终端节点把数据传给协调器节点,在协调器节点完成数据融合,然后协调器节点把数据通过串口传给上位机,上位机监控界面会显示即时的水、电、煤气信息。

Abstract:Along with the urban population growth, the number of the water-flowmeters and the electricity meters and the gas meters of residential area is increasing rapidly. The traditional way of meter reading is manual, but it takes more time and ineffeicient. The phenomenon that a few numbers of residents delay the time to pay for the hydropower company damage their interests. This paper presents the automatic meter reading system of intelligent community based on ZigBee network. The system consists of the coordinator node, terminal nodes and host computer. The coordinator node and terminal node contains a wireless communication module based on CC2530 chip as the core. The coordinator node is responsible for the construction of ZigBee network, and transfer the data of the water-flowmeter, electricity meter and the gas meter to host computer. The terminal node collects and storage the data, and transfer them to the coordinator node by wireless transmition based on ZigBee. Every terminal node locates in different users, each terminal node transfer data to the coordinator node, and the data fuse in the coordinator, finally the coordinator node transfer data to host computer through the serial port, the computer interface will display the instant message of the water, the electricity and the gas.

本文主要研究的是在短距离无线数据采集方面的无线多点水流量采集系统的具体应用。本系统以CC2530作为主控芯片,以TI公司Z-Stack协议栈为基础,并利用RS232串口标准,实现了多点数据的采集,短距离无线传输和在上位机的观测。
通过对ZigBee协议的分析,加深了对IEEE 802.15.4和ZigBee协议是构建多点无线水流量采集系统的基础的理解。
通过对Z-Stack的分析和理解,对路由机制的选择,节点自动组网和节点绑定有了更进一步的理解。
通过系统的硬件连接,对协调器节点、终端节点的工作方式以及硬件结构有了更细致的了解。
通过对系统的软件设计,对协调器节点与终端节点之间的相互通信以及协调器节点与PC机之间的串口通信都有了更深的理解。
