[摘要]  本研究用实物分析法总结了大学生在论坛中网络暴力行为的现状，以60名有网络暴力行为的在校大学生为研究对象，以访谈法探求他们实施网络暴力行为的原因以及对该行为的认知和态度。研究主要结果：（1）爆吧、拆吧是目前大学生在论坛中主要的网络暴力行为，其特点为形式上的匿名性、创意性、持久性；组织关系上的自发性、集体性、组织性；主观体验上实施者感到有激情、力量强大、有满足感。（2）大学生认为自身有社会责任感，关心国家和社会，希望通过自身的行为能够对社会的不良现状有所影响，爆吧和拆吧这两类网络暴力行为是当下他们认为在论坛中能采取的最有力最合适的表达方式。（3）大学生网友爆吧和拆吧行为的外部原因包括网络论坛本身运营和传播特性、外来娱乐文化与爱国文化的冲突、网络为普通民众带来的话语权以及该行为受到的不断强化，内部原因主要是其道德观、价值观和行为意向。

Abstract：In this study, material analysis is used to recognize the current situation of the cyber-violence at the forums, and 60 college students are questioned by an open-type interview, which is used to explore the the cognition, tendency and manner toward their behavior and the reason cause so. Finally we draw the conclusions: (1) nowadays the most popular ways of cyber-violence are called “busting” and “destroying”, they are nameless, creative, lasting, spontaneous and work in group, people who participate in it feel passion, strong and satisfied. (2) College students see cyber-violence as a powerful and proper way by which they could handle the right to speak their minds out. They think this may be way to affect social affairs and change the disharmony phenomenon since they have a sense of responsibility to the society. (3) The reason that college students choose cyber-violence lies in the features of the internet and broadcasting, the confliction of different cultures as external reasons and the right of speaking on the internet together with the consolidation of such behavior as internal reasons.

（1）研究者的角色抉择：作为爆吧组织的成员之一，在访谈中，研究者需要转换角色，保持客观性和价值中立。在访谈之前并无对结果设置任何假设，但又不可避免地有自己先入为主的一些观点，在访谈对象回答问题时有时感会到矛盾。

（2）访谈法的使用：因为采用了访谈的方式，所以，在正式开始之前用了较长时间建立关系，对访谈中成员的积极表达起到了帮助，对技术层面熟练的情况下，本研究的访谈操作起来更像是团体辅导，有时出现只有少数人发表意见，其他都以表示赞同或否定方式表达自己的观点，研究者不能顾全所有成员，有时被个别特殊资料吸引，不慎将群体访谈演变成少数人之间的交流。

（3）质性研究资料的效度问题：质性研究资料的分析持续了较长时间，原始数据全部为文本，数量大，提取关键字词时发现比较困难，也不能尽然地体现所有访谈对象的全部观点，对研究结果有一定影响。网络的虚拟性会有其不稳定性的一面，当然，也有让网络中的人更真实的表现自我的另一面功能。即在网络匿名保护伞的作用下，人们在聊天室中会更如实的谈论他们的话题。
