Abstract: In the course of learning English, the factor of language is always paid more attention by English learners. They always blindly learn the knowledge of English grammar and vocabularies. But in practical application, they always read some articles that they can not correctly understand. With using the knowledge that they learned, they can not master the meaning of articles. It will easily produce misunderstanding. Causes of this problem, not only they could not grasp the basic knowledge of English, but also learners ignore the cultural factors which can have impact on English learning. Learners who study English hard should recognize the influence of native cultural environment on English learning and realize the existence of these problems. At the same time, they should consider the differences between Chinese and Western culture. It can promote the intercultural communication. Beginning with the current problems of learning English, it analyzed detailedly the differences between Chinese culture and Western culture on learning English in three aspects: the cultural differences in intercultural communication, cultural factors, cultural negative transfer.It solved the problems which have impact on English learning.
