ABSTRACT
Sales contracts is a kind of economic contract which is most widely used in China's economic activities and the most basic form in the legal relationship of economic contracts. And the application of prepositions in sale contracts is very extensive so that its application and translation are of vital importance to the correct understanding of the contract. This paper mainly focuses on the application and translation of spatial prepositions in sales contracts and uses a large number of spatial prepositions to support its theory. It is not only a better understanding of the positional preposition, but also a better understanding and translation of sales contracts and even other business contracts.
