摘要：在具备大数据和云计算等技术的互联网金融影响下，传统商业银行既面临着挑战，也面对着机遇。本文以招商银行为例，运用比较分析法和

S.W.O.T 分析等方法探讨了互联网金融背景下，商业银行理财业务的发展。本文认为，互联网金融的发展弱化了银行金融中介的角色，动摇了银行的垄断地位，但同时也使得银行有机会拓宽客户和渠道，降低业务成本。
