摘要： 随着集中采购公告的发布，与竞标方有关的股票市场反馈出低迷表现，该结果令人惊讶。因此，通过将国内高价值医疗耗材的采购与国际经验进行比较，并且分析美国的政府采购体系，可以推断出中国集中采购的未来发展趋势。本文结合数据和案例，总结了发达国家政府采购的最佳案例与成功做法，阐明了采购与目标数量的相关性，从不同角度提出了优化中国高价值医疗耗材集中采购的建议，并进一步分析了对集中采购的潜在影响 采购以及改进的空间。
