摘要

　　　目前，“银发浪潮”给农村带来了巨大的压力。根据预计，农村人口老龄化速度将持续高于城镇，而农村老年人是推动我国进入老龄社会的主体，解决农村养老问题是应对我国养老社会问题的重点、难点和关键所在。我国农村的经济社会发展水平低，养老社会保障制度初步建立尚不健全，农民面临极大的养老风险。本文对腾冲县新乐村老年人的生活来源、医疗情况、精神文化生活情况等方面进行了实证调查，并基于这一个案研究提出解决农村养老问题的应对之策。

ABSTRACT

　　　At present, the “silver hair tide ”to rural areas brought huge pressure.According to the expected, the rural population aging speed will continue to above town, while the rural elderly is promoting our country's into the aging society,to solve the problem of rural old-age pension in China is to deal with the social problems, difficulty and key point. Low levels of economic and social development in rural areas in China and establishment of the old-age social security system is not yet perfect, farmers face enormous pension risk.This article on the Tengchong county, Xinle village of life of the elderly, medical condition, spiritual and cultural life and other aspects of the investigation, and based on the case studies are presented to solve the problem of rural endowment countermeasure.
