摘要：由于《关于适用<中华人民共和国婚姻法>若干问题的解释（三）》于2011年8月13号正式颁布，因此大学生择偶观的改变这一现状的研究还并未进行深入探讨。婚姻法司法《解释三》颁布之前，对大学生择偶观及其发展的探索比较多，因此在这一基础上，可以加强对婚姻法司法《解释三》前后两种观念的转变现状加以对比、探讨和分析，使人们了解当代大学生择偶观念的转变原因，发现社会风气、家庭以及大学生自身素质和所受教育对他们的择偶观都产生一定的影响，但是婚姻法司法《解释三》是最为主要的原因。在婚姻法司法《解释三》影响下，进行对比前后不同的择偶观，加强大学生对正确的择偶观进行全面的认识，从而有利于形成大学生正确的择偶观和价值观。

Abstract: Because the “on the application of” marriage law of the people′s Republic of interpretation(three) promulgated formally on August13.2011 ,so the students′ choice view change this one current situation studies have not discussed. Prior research about the new “marriage law” promulgated before , college choice view and the of exploration of development more, therefore ,on this basis ,can strengthen the new “marriage law” before and after the two kinds of concept change status to be compared ,a discussion and analysis, to make people understand the Contemporary College Students choose the concept changing reasons ,society ,family ,college students find themselves on their choice view to produce certain effect ,but the new “marriage law”is the main reason .In the new “marriage law” under the influence, to the right mate choice concept of comprehensive understanding, which is conducive to the formation of College Students′ correct choice and values.
