摘要：随着老年人口的增长，生育率的持续偏低，老年人的养老问题受到社会各界的关注。由于家庭模式的小型化，妇女地位的提高，外来文化的影响，传统的养老制度正面临挑战。我国的经济尚不发达，完全依靠机构养老也不符合我国的国情。因此，在此情形下需要找到适合我国的养老模式。本文以南京市秦淮区为例研究城市的养老模式，目的在于通过对老龄化趋势下城市养老模式的探索，针对性的找到城市养老模式中存在的缺陷，从而更好把握城市养老模式的发展方向，实现“老有所养”。

Abstract: With the increase of old-age population and the consistent low birth rate, the issue of supporting the elderly has received widespread attention from all walks of life in the society. The conventional system of supporting the elderly is severely challenged recently, by the miniaturization of family scale, the advancement of women’s social status as well as the effect of foreign culture. Given that China has not yet turned to a developed country and that thorough dependence on institutions to support the elderly does not conform to the situation of China, it is necessary to search for a mode of supporting the elderly suitable for our country. This paper takes Qinhuai district of Nanjing as an example and probes the mode of supporting the elderly in cities, through which to find out with targets the flaws in the mode of elderly support in cities. It will help people guide more correctly the development direction of the mode of supporting the elderly in cities, thus to realize the standard of “care for the elderly”.
