摘要： 我国已步入人口老龄化国家的行列。2010年11月第六次全国人口普查，从年龄构成变动来看，这次人口普查，0-14岁人口占16.60%，比2000年人口普查下降6.29个百分点；60岁及以上人口占13.26%，比2000年人口普查上升2.93个百分点，其中65岁及以上人口占8.87%，比2000年人口普查上升1.91个百分点。这些数据超过世界人口平均水平，比发展中国家超前20年（2030年不含中国的发展中国家此比例为8.1%）。本文以周庄镇为例，通过调查分析周庄镇养老机构的供给和需求情况，探讨农村养老机构的供需矛盾，试图从整体上把握我国农村养老机构的现状及突出问题。在未来几十年内，老年人对农村养老机构的需求量是十分庞大的，因此，从政府，社会和养老机构自身出发，完善农村养老机构的软硬件设施，为农村老年人的养老问题提供切实可靠的保障。

Abstract:  China is stepping into the ranks of the country's population aging. November 2010 sixth national population census, from age composition change to see, the census, 0-14 years old population accounted for 16.60%, more than the population census 2000 fell 6.29%; 60 or older population accounts for 13.26%, more than the population census 2000 rose 2.93%, among them 65 years old and above population accounts for 8.87%, more than the population census 2000 up 1.91%. These data more than the population of the world average level, more than 20 years ahead in developing countries (excluding China 2030 developing countries this proportion is 8.1%). This paper ZhouZhuangZhen as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the ZhouZhuangZhen endowment institution supply and demand situation, this paper discusses the contradiction between supply and demand of rural endowment institutions, tries to grasp the present situation of China's rural endowment institutions and outstanding problems. In the next few years, the old rural endowment institutions to demand is very large, so, from the government, the society and the endowment institutions themselves conditions, perfect rural endowment institutions of software and hardware facilities, for the rural elderly endowment problems and provide practical reliable guarantee.
