摘要：随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐渐成熟，我国的非政府组织在近年来迅速成长，引起了社会各界的广泛关注。我国非政府组织的迅速发展在很大程度上弥补了政府和市场的不足之处，在社会生活中特别是灾害救助中发挥着重要作用。本文根据非政府组织在2010年8月7日舟曲泥石流灾害救助中的表现，总结分析非政府组织在动员和组织社会资源，灵活高效地为灾区群众提供各种社会救助服务等方面的重要作用，并针对非政府组织仍然存在的问题，提出了非政府组织进一步发展的建议。

Abstract: As the economic system of socialist market is getting mature,the development of Non-governmental organizations in China is rapidly and getting wide attentions from all social circles. The rapid development of Non-governmental organizations in China makes up for the deficiency of government and market at a large extent. The Non-governmental organizations plays an important role in social life especially in the disaster relief. According to the performance of disaster relief for Zhouqu mudslides in August 7, 2010, this paper summarized the important roles Non-governmental organizations played in the aspects such as mobilizing and organizing social resources, providing various social assistance services for refugees in disaster areas and so on. In allusion to the problems Non-governmental organizations still existing,this paper put forward some suggestions for further developments.
