摘  要:人际关系对儿童的发展是非常重要的，儿童时代的人际交往直接影响着成年后的人际关系状况。本论文的目的在于描述潜能生人际关系的现状，并在了解潜能生人际关系不良的现状的基础上，分析找到潜能生人际关系不良的原因，提出改善潜能生人际关系不良状况的有针对性的策略，以期对改善潜能生的人际关系以及学业成绩起到积极作用。

ABSTRACT:Interpersonal development of children is very important, childhood directly affects interpersonal relationships adult status.
