[摘要] 数学综合实践活动不同于一般以教学系统为理论知识为主的数学课，它是一种新的学习方式，对于教师来讲是一个崭新的以理论知识与生活实际有很大联系的课题。《新课程标准》指出，“综合与实践”是一类以问题为载体，师生共同参与的学习活动，是培养学生创新精神和实践能力，解决与实际生活密切联系的具有一定挑战性的问题。其核心是由学生本人把数学知识发现和“再创造”出来，并能灵活的实践应用。站在前人的肩膀上借鉴学习将是个很好的方法。

【Abstract】Mathematics practice is different from the general theoretical knowledge-based teaching system for math. Actually ,the subject is a new learning way for teachers in terms of a new theoretical knowledge and the life. The <New Curriculum Standards> pointed out that ‘Comprehensive and practice’ is the learning activities that teachers and students solve the problems together. It is to develop students' innovative spirit and practical ability to resolve problems that linked with the real life with some challenging issues. Its’ core is based on the students’ mathematical knowledge discovery and re-creation. When we are standing on the shoulders of our predecessors, learning from it will be a good way.
