摘要:时间管理倾向是个体在时间价值和意义认识的基础上,在活动和时间关系的监控和评价中所表现出来的心理和行为特征。小学高年级学生正处于时间管理倾向形成的初步阶段。良好的时间管理倾向对提高学生生活和学习的质量和效率具有重要的意义。小学高年级学生处于升学的重要阶段。因此,时间管理倾向的提高对小学高年级学生而言至关重要。
本研究的调查工具以调查问卷为主,访谈为辅,调查问卷采用的是黄希庭编制的《青少年时间管理倾向量表》。研究的对象为小学高年级学生。本研究中小学高年级学生指处于小学阶段的五六年级的学生。在对相关理论的研究梳理、对江苏省兴化市戴南地区董北实验小学的学生、教师及学生家长调查访谈的基础之上,分析了小学高年级学生时间管理倾向现状,提出了提高小学高年级学生时间管理倾向的策略。
笔者结合问卷和访谈的整理和分析,得出以下结果:小学高年级学生时间管理倾向水平中等偏下;五六年级学生的时间管理倾向无明显差异;小学高年级学生中,男生的时间管理倾向水平高于女生的时间管理倾向水平,但差异不明显;小学高年级学生中,优生的时间管理倾向水平明显高于学困生。

Abstract:Time management disposition is the basis of individual cognition in time value and meaning, psychological and behavioral characteristics shown in monitoring and evaluation activities and time. High grade students in primary school are in the preliminary phase of time management disposition formation. Good time management tendency has important significance to improve the students' life and the quality and efficiency of learning. High grade primary school students at an important stage of education. Therefore, it is very important to improve the time management tendency of high grade students in primary school.
The survey instrument this study mainly by questionnaire, interviews, questionnaire is used in Huang Xiting preparation of the "Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale". The research object for high grade primary school students. Which is the primary school students of grade five or six students in primary and middle schools in this study. On the basis of the above studies, the theory of Xinghua province Jiangsu City Dainan area Dong North experimental primary school students, teachers and parents interviews, analysis of high grade primary school students' time management disposition situation, put forward to improve the students' time management disposition of high grade primary school strategy.
Based on the collation and analysis of the questionnaire and the interview, and obtained the following results: the level of primary school students in time management tendency of high grade low; no significant difference between the five or six grade students' time management disposition; high grade students in primary school, the boys of the time management disposition level is higher than that of female students time management disposition level, but the difference was not significant; high grade students in primary school students, time management disposition levels were significantly higher than that of the students with learning difficulties.

时间管理倾向是个体在对时间价值和意义认识的基础上,在活动和时间关系的监控和评价中所表现出来的心理和行为特征。从心理发展阶段来看,小学高年级学生正处于时间管理倾向形成的初始阶段,与学生心理健康等密切相关。更重要的是,时间管理水平可能影响小学高年级学生学习质量与效率。小学生时间管理水平的提高,能够帮助学生更好地支配自己的课余时间,提高学习效率,减少学习时间。
研究目的:通过调查了解小学高年级学生时间管理倾向的现状,了解性别、优生与后进生、年级在时间管理倾向上是否存在差异。根据调查的结果分析存在的问题及造成问题的原因。在分析、总结的基础上提出提高小学高年级学生时间管理倾向的措施。
