摘要:当今社会正步入新科技时代，随着终身教育思潮影响范围的不断扩大和新课程改革的不断深化，社会对教师这个职业提出了更高的要求，人们对教师的期望也越来越高。但就目前来看，教师学习的整体状况不是特别理想，尚有提高的空间。

　　　本文在梳理教师学习已有的研究成果的基础上，对我国东部城市——江苏省徐州市的一定样本的小学教师学习现状进行调查。调查结果显示当下教师学习的动机以内部动机为主，外部因素激励为辅，具有一定的积极主动性，但是鉴于教师学习时间不足、学习资源不丰富、资源利用率不高、学习氛围不浓厚等原因，本次调查中呈现出了小学教师学习不容乐观的现状。依据现状背后的成因和对成因的分析，对我国小学教师的教育和培养提出了：丰富小学教师学习资源，提高资源利用率；扩展学习内容，选择适合自己的学习方式；保障小学教师充足的学习时间，处理好各方面的关系；为小学教师营造良好的学习氛围，鼓励与同伴交流分享等建议，以促进我国小学教师教育实践的完善，丰富我国小学教师学习的理论，为提高我国小学教师学习质量尽绵薄之力。

　　　论文的主体主要由五个部分组成：

　　　第一部分是在已掌握的研究资料的前提下提出研究的目的及意义，并阐述了研究的内容及方法。

　　　第二部分对研究中的相关概念进行界定。

　　　第三部分是对问卷调查和访谈调查结果的分析和总结。

　　　第四部分是针对调查的结果提出相应的解决策略。

　　　第五部分为结论。
