摘要：薛法根老师的教学方法和教学理念如果用几个词来概括，那就是组块教学和简约语文。这样的教学理念是为了达到“教是为了达到不需要教”的目的。组块教学将繁杂的课堂教学内容划分为清晰的模块，既使得教师的教学过程条理清楚，又使得学生易于接受。而简约语文的教学理念则体现出薛老师的智慧所在。他将千头万绪的语文课变得简单明了又不失生动活泼，体现出了语文的真实性、语文味和智慧。在这样的方法和理念的指导下，薛老师形成了自己独特的教学风格，并对当今的语文教育产生了深远的影响。

Abstract: Xuefagen’s teaching methods and teaching idea if use a few word to conclude, it is chunking teaching and contracted language. Such teaching idea is to achieve the purpose that teaching is to achieve the no-teacher teaching. Chunking teaching will multifarious classroom teaching content into clear module, not only makes the teacher's teaching process clear, but also makes the students easy to accept. And contracted Chinese teaching philosophy is reflected the teacher’s wisdom. He makes a multitude of Chinese classes simple do not break its lively, reflects the authenticity, Chinese language flavor and wisdom. Under the guidance of this method and idea formed its own unique teaching style, and has far-reaching influence to the current language education.
