摘要:本设计是编制重庆某通信公司办公楼室内装修工程Ⅰ标段投标文件，最终的目标是用工程量清单计价的方式来计算，然后投标报价。

　　　本设计工程量计算书采用工程量清单计算规则。本工程总工程最终投标报价为2665089.8元，总工期为120天，总的装饰面积约3650平方米，单方造价为730.17元/平方米。整个过程是：对招标文件的内容进行仔细研究，踏勘现场是否符合文件内容，然后根据施工工艺，技术指标进行工程量清单价，最后是总的投标报价。
