摘要:徐州市交通局商住楼是一栋14层的综合性民用建筑,该建筑包括一层地下车库、三层商铺以及若干层住宅。本次设计的主要内容即完成该建筑的建筑给排水工程设计工作。
此次设计的主要内容包括:1)给水系统:包括室内外的冷水给水系统。2)热水系统:包括住宅淋浴用水等。3)排水系统:包括生活污废水系统、雨水系统。4)消防系统:包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统等。
给水系统由外围市政给水供水管网提供水源,根据市政管网常年资用水头将本建筑给水分区分为低区与高区,分别由市政管网直接供水以及高位水箱减压阀减压供水。
热水系统根据给水分区进行供水,热水由该建筑旁表压为0.20Mpa的蒸汽热源提供。
排水系统根据本建筑的污废水成分,拟采用污废水合流制的排水方式,集中排放到化粪池中处理,之后排入市政排水管网。雨水系统采用重力流排水方式,直接将雨水排入市政管网。
消防系统按照高层建筑“自救为主”的原则,根据高层建筑防火设计规范进行设计,室内外消火栓布置以及自动喷淋系统的设定均严格按照防火规范进行。

Abstract:Xuzhou Communications Bureau Rent All Serviced Apartments is a 14-storey integrated civil construction of the building, including a layer of underground garage, three shops and several layers of residential.
