摘要:本文是以建水县的五个游泳场馆为研究对象，运用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等研究方法对建水县游泳场馆安全管理现状进行调查和分析。结果表明：建水县游泳场馆管理者文化水平低，对游泳安全问题认识情况不够全面，工作中遇到的问题多；建水县游泳场馆专业性的救生员非常缺乏，非专业的救生员对待自己的工作不认真；建水县游泳场馆管理部门的监察力度不够， 场馆管理条例仍不完善。本文针对这些存在的不足和问题，提出了一些相应的建议，为保证建水县游泳场馆的安全管理工作能够顺利进行提供一些相应的参考，从而促进游泳运动的更快、更高、更强地发展。

ABSTRACT:This artic is the Jianshui’s five swimming venues as the research object, using the method of literature, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire method, and other methods to carry out investation and analysis on the Jianshui swimming venuesecurity management.The results showed that: Jianshui swimming venue management culture level is low, safe for swimming problem understanding is not comprehensive enough, the problems encountered in the work; Jianshui swimming venues professional lifeguards is the lack of non- professional lifeguards treat their work seriously; the Jianshui swimming venue management department supervisory strength is insufficient, the venue management regulations are still not perfect. This article in view of these deficiencies and problems, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, in order to ensure the Jianshui swimming pool safety management work to provide some reference, so as to promote swimming faster, higherand stronger development.

　　　对建水县游泳场馆安全问题的调查分析就显得尤为重要。为进一步加强对游泳场所的安全管理，保证游泳者的健康，了解建水县公共游泳场所的安全管理状况，为改进措施提供依据。本文在认真分析我国游泳场馆经营管理中存在的安全问题的基础上，借鉴省内外游泳场馆安全管理的成功经验，积极探索适合建水县游泳场馆从业人员管理的方法和措施，为构建建水县建设和谐社会的“防溺减灾”安全管理系统，保障群众的生命安全，促进全民健身运动的广泛开展具有重要的理论指导意义。
