摘  要:篮球裁判员作为篮球运动的伴生物及组成部分向来与篮球运动的发展进步息息相关，培养优秀的篮球裁判员是我国篮球运动可以持续发展的需要，也是丰富和发展XX学院课外篮球竞技的前提，更是XX学院篮球裁判协会的宗旨。本文通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法通过分析学生裁判员在2010年“迎新杯”的执裁情况，发现学生裁判员在执裁过程中存在的各种问题，如裁判员的手势不到位，执裁的视野不开阔、注意力分配不合理、哨音不够宏亮、不能准确把握执裁尺度等，并提出相应的建议，为XX学院学生裁判员执裁水平的提高提供参考。

ABSTRACT:Basketball referees as basketball by-products and part of basketball, it is closely related to basketball development, cultivate good basketball referees is our basketball can be sustained development needs, is prerequisite for enrich and develop extracurricular basketball in Honghe University ever more the Honghe University basketball association's objective. This article through the literature, questionnaire, interview method, the method through the analysis of the students in 2011 welcome new cup with cutting situation, found the existing problems that the student referees in judge basketball, such as the referee gestures don’t in place, judge vision is not to open, physical strength distribution unreasonable, whistle not loud enough, can't grasp cutting multi-scale judge, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for improving judge conditions to student referees in Honghe University.
