摘要：接发球是网球运动基本技术之一, 随着网球发球速度的不断提高，双反接发球也逐渐成为最流行的接发方式,但同时也是最难掌握的技术之一。 接发球技术, 不论对于职业选手, 还是业余选手或初学网球者来说, 其重要性越来越被人们所重视。

　　本文通过研究部分优秀网球选手在比赛中双反接发球表现情况，阐释了双反接发的技术动作要领，分析了比赛中针对不同打法选手和不同性质的发球，双反接发球的应对措施，为网球教学提供一定的理论依据和实践借鉴。

Abstract: Receive balls is one of the basic skills in tennis playing. As the speed of service is continuing increase, two-hander backhand gradually becomes the most popular way of receive as well as the hardest one to command. People attach more and more attention to receive ball skill, no matter professional players or amateurs or green hands.

　　This paper offers both theory and practical reference through study some excellent tennis players’ two-hander backhand performance in competition to express the tips of two-hander backhand skill; and analyze service focus on different nature or with its own characteristic’s players in competition; and a new critical sight into the solving measures for two-hander backhand receive.

　　在网球的教学中，不能仅仅只强调双反接发球的动作，要从多方面的去培养他们的打球意识，我们要因材施教，在教学的基础上发挥他们自己的才能，发展属于自己的个性打法。网球的练习是枯燥的，要想提高学生学习的激情，我们就要改变我们传统的教学方法，在教授双反接发球时，要先从发球开始，发球和接发球是对应的，所以我们要接球和发球同时进行练习，同时遵守循序渐进的教学法，想学单反接发球的，可以在掌握双反接发球的基础上，再尝试去改用单反接发球，效果要事半功倍；为了检验技术水平增加网球兴趣，我们还可以组织一些小比赛，通过比赛来锻炼学生的能力。
