摘要:随着社会的发展,我国比较具有自身特点的新生代员工逐渐走上工作岗位,成为职场上一支重要力量。由于新生代员工成长于中国改革开放,经历巨大变革的时期,因而他们的价值观念相较于传统员工有很大差异。这些观念上的差异对传统的人力资源管理的理论和策略提出了新的挑战,继续沿用对传统员工的管理理论使得管理中新问题层出不穷,需要对新生代的价值观进行相关的研究找出应对的策略。
本文在对工作价值观的理论进行了基本的阐述以后,以WVI工作价值观量表为研究工具,通过调查,获得了有关新生代员工工作价值观的数据。调研的重点在于工作经验对于新生代员工工作价值观的影响。问卷的样本以两部分构成,一部分是参加工作了的新生代员工,另一部分是即将走上工作岗位的在校学生。第一部分都是已经积累了工作经验的新生代员工,第二部分是没有工作经验的学生,将这两部分的数据进行对比,得出工作经验对新生代员工工作价值观形成的影响。根据比较得出的不同分析出在校大学生社会化过程中存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因,针对分析的结果提出相应的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT:With the development of society, the new generation of employees in our country with their own characteristics gradually go to work, to become an important force in the workplace. As the new generation of employees grew up in the period of China's reform and changes, so their values are very different than traditional employees. These differences on the concept of traditional human resource management theory and strategy put forward new challenges and continue to follow the traditional staff management theory makes the management of the new issues are emerging, the need for a new generation of values-related research to identify response to strategy.
Basic exposition of the theory of work values, to WVI work values scale as a tool through surveys, the data on the new generation of employees work values. The research focuses on work experience for the new generation of employees work values. Sample of the questionnaire in two parts, part of the new generation of employees to participate in the work, and the other part is about to go to work the new generation of students in the school. The first part are accumulated work experience of the new generation of employees, the second part is no work experience students, compare the data of two parts, drawn work experience on the formation of the new generation of employees work values. Compare the two parts of data, and work out the influence of work experience on the work value of new generation employees. According to the comparison of different analysis of the problems existing in the college students socialization process as well as the causes of these problems, according to the result of the analysis put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
