摘要:随着经济全球化进程的加快，我国农民工的社会保障问题理应遵守和执行社会保障国际劳工标准。基于中国的社会现实，农民工的社会保障与国际劳工标准存在较大差距。为此，我们要努力完善农民工的社会保障制度从国际劳工标准上。构建农民工社会保障体系的新型模式，加强国际合作，借鉴国际经验，与国际接轨，从而有效地促进中国经济的发展和社会的繁荣。

Abstract:Along with the accelerated process of economic globalization,China’s social security of migrant workers should abide by and implement the social security of international labor standards.Based on China’s social reality,farmers mechanisms of social protection of migrant workers social security and there is a big gap between international labor standards.To this end, we must strive to improve the social security system of migrant workers from the international labor standars.Migrant workers to build a new model of the social security system,strengthening international cooperation,learn from international experience, with international standards,so as to effectively promote China’s economic development and social prosperity.

　　　从国际劳工标准上完善农民工社会保障制度顺应了社会发展的需求和农民工这一群体的愿望，但在设想和着手实施的过程中，却存在种种障碍因素。从国际劳工的标准上提出完善农民工社会保障制度中的种种问题，再认识分析这些障碍因素，找到问题根源，有利于问题的最终解决。从国际劳工标准上完善农民工社会保障制度，是建立全国统一的社会保障体系的根本要求，是保障农民工合法权益的重要内容，也是社会稳定和进步的必要条件。因此，应努力扩展现有的社会保障体系，完善面向农民工的社会保障制度，最终将农民工纳入现代社会保障网络。
