摘要:近年来，随着各高校的扩招，大学生群体的不断壮大，高校新生在适应新的生活、学习环境方面产生了诸多问题：生活不能自理，学习缺少动力，院校、专业不够理想，前途一片迷茫，这些问题已经引起了学校和整个社会的广泛关注。关注新生主要是帮助他们顺利完成由中学向大学的过渡，尽快适应大学生活，帮助新生形成正确的思维方式、行为模式、人生观和价值观，为新生的健康成长奠定坚实的基础，让学生终身受益。

　　　本文借鉴社会工作价值理念和理论基础，运用个案、小组工作专业方法，通过对成长小组的调查研究，理论联系实践，帮助大学新生学会认识自己，并调整自己的身心状况，从更广的层面上提升大学新生的适应能力。最后得出结论：高校在新生教育中运用社会工作专业方法是非常适合的，个案、小组工作方法可以弥补高校新生入学教育中的不足，比较实际的解决新生适应问题。

ABSTRACT:In recent years， with the result of college expansion， the growing students groups， the college freshmen in adapt to the new life and learning environment has produced many problems: the life cannot provide for oneself， learning the lack of power， institutions， professional is not ideal， the future a confused， these problems have already caused the extensive concern of the school and the society as a whole. Attention is mainly to help them complete new by the transition from high school to university， to adapt to college life as soon as possible， to help students form correct way of thinking， behavior mode， the outlook on life and values， for the healthy growth of the students lay a solid foundation， lets the student lifelong benefit. Social work values and theoretical basis， this paper， by utilizing the method of case study， group work professional， through investigation and study of growth group， the theory with practice， to help college students learn to know yourself， and adjust their own mental and physical health and in a larger level of college students is enhanced ability to adapt. Finally draw the conclusion: in the freshman education in colleges and universities of professional social work method is very suitable for use， case study， group work can make up for the deficiency of college freshmen entrance education， practical solutions to adapt to new problems.
