摘要:近年来我国关于儿童虐待的事件频频曝光，儿童虐待问题的防治成为社会关注的焦点。目前国内关于儿童虐待问题的防治多是从法学的角度出发，主张从法律方面给予强制介入，而从社会工作视角介入的研究甚少。但是社会工作的专业方法在对预防虐童事件的发生具有借鉴意义，而且在对受虐儿童的治疗方面作用显著。此外，我国是一个历史悠久的国家，拥有复杂多样的文化，而文化对于人们的思想，行为等有重要的影响，所以在儿童虐待问题的干预和预防上有必要实现本土化。

　　　本文就根据河南虐童女教师，广州父亲烫伤虐童等虐童事件为基点，结合我国儿童虐待问题的文献研究来探讨我国虐待儿童问题产生的危害，再根据社会生态系统视角分析儿童虐待问题产生的原因，最后在对儿童虐待的干预与预防策略中笔者在前人的基础上重点突出社会工作介入，以期对儿童虐待问题有建设意义，完善我国儿童虐待问题的干预和预防体系。

ABSTRACT:In recent years , the event of child abuse are frequently exposed in our society ,so that the prevention of the event of child abuse becomes a focus of social concern. At present, most of Chinese scholars study the prevention of the event of child abuse at the perspective of jurisprudence, however, there are not having many researches that studied at the perspective of social work. The event of child abuse can be prevented by the methods which are borrowed from the professional methods of social work and the abused children will be treated effectively by the method of social work. In addition, China is a country with a long history and diverse culture. Culture has a great influence on people’s thinking and behavior , so it is necessary to realise the localization of the prevention and intervention of the event- child abuse. 

    This paper will study the hazards of child abuse by combining the specific cases (the case of the child abused by her female teacher and the case of a boy abused by his father ) with literature search about child abuse . Then, the reasons of phenomenon of child abuse will be analyzed in the paper. At last, in order to improve the system of intervention and prevention of child abuse, the paper suggest that it is important for people to prevent the event of child abuse from the aspect of social work.
