摘 要:20世纪80年代以来，全球的经济结构逐渐向服务化倾斜，服务贸易在世界经济一体化进程中得到了迅速的发展。全世界服务贸易进出口额年均增速超过了货物贸易，成为国际贸易领域的重要组成部分。随着国际服务贸易的迅速发展和其对国民经济整体的效率促进和质量提高的特殊作用，服务贸易研究成为世界性的前言课题。

本世纪初，我国沿海地区进入了工业化中后期，服务业正成为策动其经济增长的主动力，同时，随着国际分工的不断扩大，服务业正日益成为大都市经济发展的重要支撑。上海作为长江三角洲的中心城市，其经济增长一直位居全国前列，它的服务业发展在很大程度上能够代表我国服务贸易发展的现状与问题。因此，以上海市作为研究对象，得到的经验和结论更具有解释性。

本文致力于上海服务贸易现状、问题的研究及对策分析。在探讨上海服务贸易发展现状的基础上，对上海与世界主要城市的服务贸易总体与各部门的国际竞争力进行综合比较，找出上海服务贸易与世界先进城市的差距。最后，针对上海服务贸易整体竞争力不强，国际竞争力有待提高的紧迫形势，提出了构筑上海服务贸易国际竞争力的政策建议。

This article is dedicated to Shanghai service trade situation, problems and countermeasures research. This paper analyzes the Shanghai service trade development status. Then the major cities of Shanghai and the world trade in services in general and the international competitiveness of the various departments for comprehensive comparison to find Shanghai service trade gap with the world advanced cities.
