摘要:新经济是以信息化为标志的新型经济形式。传媒产业作为信息产业的一个重要组成部分,它的形成与发展都离不开信息技术的变革与进步。在信息经济的条件下,传媒产业正在成长为主导性产业,而强调传媒业的发展对推动国家经济政治文化的进步发挥着非常重要的作用。在我国,传媒产业已经成为国民经济发展的潜力点。尤其是在我国加入世界贸易组织以后,海外传媒逐渐进入我国的传媒市场,国内的封闭性竞争演变为国际范围内的开放性竞争。我国传媒业的发展实践在为理论研究提供了丰富的资料的同时也提出了急需得到解决的新课题。本文回顾了我国传媒产业的发展历史以及产业政策的变迁情况,整理总结了传媒产业的相关概念和基本特征,并且分析了传媒产业链的构成。同时剖析了当前中国传媒产业发展中存在的问题,归纳了阻碍其发展的三个方面主要原因。通过借鉴西方发达国家的先进经验,寻求一条适合中国传媒产业的发展道路,在稳步发展的基础上实施未来发展战略。

Abstract:New economy is a new economic presentation symbolized with informatization . As the important part of information industry, media industry cannot generate and develop without the reform and development of information technology. Under the conditions of information economy, media industry has been developing to be the leading industry, and the development of media industry plays a significant role in promoting the improvement of state politics, economy and culture. In China, media industry has become the potential of national economic development. Especially, overseas media has squeezed in the media market gradually in China after China entered WTO, and domestic market with closed competition has become the open competition internationally. The development practice of Chinese media industry supplies rich materials in theory and also presents urgently new problems to us in practice. This essay, therefore, reviewed the development history and policy reform of Chinese media industry, concluded concepts and characteristics concerned with media industry, and analyzed the composition of media industry chain. Meanwhile, current problems relating to Chinese media development have been discussed in this essay, together with three main causes stopping the development of Chinese media development. The writer also expects to seek for an appropriate development way for Chinese media industry, and implement the future developmental strategy on the basis of steadily development, with the advanced experience referred from developed countries.
