摘要:水产品是我国农产品出口的重要项目,出口量连续多年位居世界第一,但目前由于我国水产业存在一些问题,例如政策指导存在严重缺口,管理不当,后期加工不合理等种种原因,使得我国整体水产品质量不高,时常受到一些进口国的绿色贸易壁垒的阻碍,但绿色贸易壁垒问题所给我国水产品带来的并不一定都是消极的影响，从长远的角度来看也有一定的积极效应，本论文以介绍绿色贸易壁垒起篇,分析我国水产品出口现状并针对水产品出口的绿色贸易壁垒问题提出几点建议。

Abstract: Aquatic products are important projects of China's agricultural export products, which have ranked the first place in the world for many years in China's aquaculture industries. There are some problems, such as policy guidance there is a serious gap, mismanagement, post-processing unreasonable, for various reasons,so that the overall quality level of aquatic products in China is not high and often hindered by green trade barriers from the import countries. But green trade barriers to China's aquatic products are not necessarily bring negative effects for long-term perspective,they also have some positive effects on china’s aquatic products. The paper introduces green trade barriers, and analyzes the current situation of aquatic products export of China, then gives some suggestions for aquatic products export.
