摘要： 随着我国加入世界贸易组织，中小民营企业已成为国民经济建设中不可缺少的一股力量。江苏省中小民营企业的发展在全国处于领先地位，在扩大就业、满足居民多样化需求等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。本文首先分析了江苏省中小民营企业对外贸易发展现状及特点，并进一步分析了在对外贸易中所面临的问题，比如企业内部管理不成熟、风险增加等。最后，结合问题提出自己的观点使江苏省中小民营企业健康有序的发展。

Abstract：Along with our country joins WTO, The small and medium-sized private enterprises have become a vital force in the construction of national economy. Jiangsu’s small and medium-sized private enterprises are also in the country for leadership. Jiangsu’s small and medium-sized private enterprises are playing an increasing important role in the expanding employment and meeting the diverse needs of the residents. In this paper, first analyzes the development and characteristics of Jiangsu’s small and medium-sized private enterprises’ foreign trade. And further analyze the problems of foreign trade faced with. such as the enterprise internal management is not mature、increased risks and so on. Finally, this paper puts forward views to guide the orderly and healthy development of foreign trade.
