摘 要:化纤纺织产业是衙前的传统产业，近年来随着市场需求的不断变化，衙前镇的化纤纺织产业已经不再像以前那样占绝对优势了。本文对于衙前镇的传统化纤纺织产业的发展进行了研究，借助化纤纺织产业的相关文献资料以及通过实地考察，选择性的走访了一些衙前镇代表型纺织企业。从国内外现今的化纤状况对化纤市场进行了初步分析，对衙前纺织产业历史、构成和区域规划进行了深入了解和分析，对于衙前镇现状以及面临的各项成本上涨，项目技术处于劣势，整体的开工普遍不足，中小型企业管理相对落后等问题进行了调查，针对这些问题分别从政府、企业、社会三大方面对衙前纺织产业发展提出了相关建议，对一些成功转型的衙前乡镇企业进行了研究分析，对衙前纺织产业如何成功转型做了相关报告，从而归纳总结了乡镇传统产业要成功转型升级的关键。

ABSTRACT:Chemical fiber textile industry is the YaQian’s traditional industry. In recent years, with the unceasing change of market demand, YaQian’s chemical fiber textile industry is not as dominant as it once was. Before this article for YaQian of the development of traditional chemical fiber textile industry are studied, by using chemical fiber textile industry’s related literature material and on-the-spot investigation, which visited some the YaQian’s type of textile enterprises. From today's synthetic condition of chemical fiber market at home and abroad at the beginning of the step analysis, it analysis the YaQian’s textile industry’s history, composition and regional planning status. YaQian face the problem of the rising costs, project technology at a disadvantage, the insufficiency of the overall construction, small and medium-sized enterprise management is relatively backward. To solve these problems respectively from three aspects of government, enterprises and society YaQian’s textile industry development puts forward related suggestions. Analyzing some YaQian’s successful transformation and village enterprises and reporting successful transition to textile industry how to do, which summarized traditional villages and town’s industrial transformation and upgrading of key to success.
