摘要:“家电下乡”政策从2007年底试行开始到2009年初全国推广至今,其推广工作是一项促进社会主义新农村建设、提高农民生活质量、扩大农村消费、统筹国内外市场的重要举措。但是在实际执行中还存在一些问题,例如下乡产品宣传力度不够,补贴率确定方式单一,售后服务等方面出现的一些问题。本文通过调研与分析,提出加大宣传力度,改变补贴额度确立方式,做好售后服务网络建设等建议,希望能更好的完善“家电下乡”政策执行中的问题。

Abstract:"home appliance going to the countryside"policy from the trial began in late 2007 to early 2009 national promotion so far,the promotion work is a promoting the construction of new socialist countryside, and improve their quality of life, expand rural consumption, as a whole is an important measure of domestic and overseas market. But in actual execution also exist some problems, such as the countryside product publicity, subsidies rate determine a single pattern, after-sales service and so on, through all the problems of the investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the increased publicity, change the way, well established subsidies amount as after-sales service network construction proposal, the hope can better implementation "home appliance going to the countryside" policy of the problem.
