[摘要]目的：测定GABA胚芽乳的理化指标和微生物指标，理化指标包括蛋白质含量，脲酶定性检测，总固形物；微生物指标包括菌落总数和大肠菌群，以确定GABA胚芽乳是否符合卫生标准。方法：测定GABA胚芽乳的各项卫生指标。结果：本实验样品GABA胚芽乳符合企业的卫生标准。结论：各种理化检测和微生物检测胚芽乳表明本实验样品的GABA胚芽乳符合企业的卫生标准，能提供给消费者安全有保障的产品。

[Abstract]In order to test GABA germ milk’s physical and chemical characters and microbiology indicators, Physical and chemical indexes including protein content,urease qualitative tests,total solid, Microbiology indicators including aerobic plate count and coliforms, to determine whether  GABA germ milk meet hygiene standards.To determine the GABA germ milk’s Hygienic standard.The experimental samples GABA germ milk conform to the hygiene standards of enterprise.All kinds of chemical and physical test and microbial detection germ milk samples show that the experiment of the embryo in accordance with the business of the breasts GABA hygiene standards,can give the consumer safeguard products.
