摘 要:通过CFU法与比浊法比较了在MRS培养基与添加了牛蒡低聚糖的MRS培养基上乳酸菌的生长情况。通过CFU法(平板菌落计数法)研究了牛蒡低聚糖对乳酸菌的体内生长促进作用。时乳酸菌在添加了牛蒡低聚糖的培养基上生长情况好于添加了大分子菊糖的培养基,表明乳酸菌可以利用牛蒡低聚糖而不能利用大分子菊糖;喂食了牛蒡低聚糖的小鼠肠道乳酸菌比对照组显著增加(P<0.05)表明,牛蒡低聚糖可以促进小鼠肠道乳酸菌增值,具有促进乳酸菌生长作用。

Abstract:The growth of lactobacillus between in Man-Rogosa-Sharp (MRS) medium and burdock oligosaccharide added MRS medium was studied. By the method of CFU, prebiotic effectiveness of burdock oligosaccharide on lactobacillus in vivo was investigated . Lactobacillus grew faster in burdock oligosaccharide MRS medium than in long chain inulin MRS medium, this showed burdock oligosaccharide could be used by lactobacillus but long chain inulin not. The intestinal lactobacillus of mice fed by burdock oligosaccharide grew better than control group (P<0.05) showed that burdock oligosaccharide is a kind of prebiotics.
