摘要：用不同水平维生素A、E的饲料喂养龙虾，养殖3个月后研究这些饲料对螯虾生长及消化酶活力的影响。实验结果表明：（1）当在饲料中添加0.004%VA 、0.02%VE时螯虾的增长率和增重率达到最高；蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性达到最高。（2）当在饲料中添加0.02%VA、0.02%VE时螯虾的淀粉酶的活性达到最高。

Abstract:With different levels of vitamin A, E in forage feed lobster,after 3 months, discuss the influence of these forage to the growth and digestive enzymes activity of lobster. The experimental results show that: (1) When there are 0.004% VA, 0.02% VE in forage, length gain rate and weight gain rate of lobster turn into the highest; Protease and lipase activity was the highest. (2) When there are 0.02% VA, 0.02% VE in forage , amylase activity of lobster reached the highest.
