摘要 [目的]研究不同温度对残翅型果蝇寿命及生殖力的影响。[方法]将野生型和残翅型果蝇,置于5℃、15℃、25℃、35℃四种不同温度下,观察并记录果蝇存活时间和产生后代(F1代)数目。[结果]残翅型果蝇在5℃下平均寿命最长,但几乎不活动;15℃寿命较长;25℃活力旺盛但寿命一般;在35℃下时间稍长即会死亡,随着温度越高寿命越短。25℃残翅型果蝇生殖力明显比其它温度组高,15℃生殖力次之,5℃处于休克状态。[结论] 5℃果蝇寿命最长;15℃最适合残翅型果蝇生存; 25℃最有利于残翅型果蝇的繁殖。

Abstract: [Objective] To study the effect of temperature on the life span and virility of the residual winged fruit fly. [Methods]: The life span and procreation of wild-type and residual winged Drosophila, which treated under the conditions of different temperature (5℃, 15℃, 25℃, 35℃), were observed and recorded. [Result]: At 5℃ ,residual winged fruit fly average have the longest life span,but not moveable. And then at 15℃ those life span were short. At 25℃ residual winged fruit fly energy have exuberant, Then the life span were shorter. while at 35℃ those were the shortest life span. At 25℃ fertility of residual winged drosophila were obvious higher than those of other temperature, and under 15℃ condition is second. [Conclusion]: It is most suitable for residual winged drosophila survival and have the longest life expectancy under 15℃ ; under 25℃ it is most favorable to residual winged fruit flies reproduction.
