摘要:研究了不同浓度铝离子对小麦幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的铝离子(0、20、40、60、80mmol/L)处理的小麦幼苗叶绿素的含量整体呈降低趋势。只有20mmol/L浓度铝离子处理的小麦叶绿素含量比对照组高1.19%,其余分别比对照降低了8.31%、15.53%、16.83%。不同浓度的铝离子处理的小麦脯氨酸含量均有所上升,分别比对照组高 7.39%、31.73%、38.69%、42.50%。经过处理的小麦丙二醛含量整体呈上升趋势,分别比对照组高6.50%、2.03%、8.13%、1.12%。处理后的小麦的鲜重明显降低,分别比对照组降低了0.93%、6.05%、14.50%、13.80%。实验结果说明,铝离子对小麦生长有副作用,铝离子浓度越大,副作用越大。

Abstract:The effect on the growth of wheat seedling after the treatment with the aluminum ions was studied. The result showed that the chlorophyll contents of wheat seedlings treated by different concentration of aluminum ions (0, 20, 40, 60, 80 mmol/L) were decreased as a whole. The rest were8.31%,15.53% and 16.83% lower than controlled except the chlorophyll content treated by 20mmol/L aluminum ion 1.19% higher than the control group. The proline contents were increased by 7.39%, 31.73%,38.69% and 42.50% respectively more than the controlled one after different concentrations of aluminum ions treatment. The MDA contents were increased by 6.50%, 2.03%,8.13% and 1.12% respectively more than the controlled one after different concentrations of aluminum ions treatment. The fresh weight of wheat treated was decreased by 0.93%,6.05%, 14.5%and13.80% after treatment The results showed that aluminum ion on the growth of wheat have negative effect, the more aluminum ions, the more negative effect.
