摘要:本文为响应面优化微波辅助提取香蕉皮多糖工艺,在料液比,微波提取功率,提取时间,提取次数这4个单因素试验的基础上,应用Design-Expert软件优化试验,采用响应面法分析每个因素间的相互作用的最优组合。根据响应面法优化分析,结果得出:微波辅助提取香蕉皮多糖的最优条件是:水为提取剂,料液比1:50,微波提取功率640W,微波提取时间30s;在这样的条件下,香蕉皮多糖提取率达到5.71%。

Abstract: This article is a optimization of microwave assisted extraction of polysaccharides banana skin useing response surface methodology, On the basis of these four factors: the ratio of solid to liquid, extraction by microwave power, microwave extraction time, extraction times, application of Design-Expert software optimization test. Using response surface method to analysis of the interactions between the factors of the optimal combination, According to the response surface method optimization analysis, the results indicated that: microwave-assisted extraction banana peel the optimal conditions of the polysaccharide is: water for extracting agent, material liquid than 1:50, 640 W power microwave extraction, microwave extraction time 30 s. In such condition, banana skin polysaccharide extraction rate reached 5.71.

微波萃取技术是一种新型的提取技术,具有很好的发展潜力。是用微波加热和样品相接触的溶剂,将所需化合物从样品基体中分离出来并进入溶剂,是在传统萃取工艺的基础上强化传热,传质的一个过程,通过微波强化,萃取速度,效率,质量都比常规工艺好很多[4]。目前相关香蕉皮多糖的提取方法多为传统的水煮法,或多为通过正交试验分析数据,本试验采用响应面法优化。
响应面分析法是通过对响应面等值线的分析寻求最优工艺参数,采用多元二次回归方程来拟合因素与响应面值之间函数关系的一种统计方法。正交试验不能在给出的整个区域上找到因素和响应值之间的一个明确的函数表达式,从而无法找到整个区域上因素的最佳组合和响应值得最优值,响应面分析法在很大程度上满足了这些要求。
