摘要

　　　清代前期，黄淮下游地区水系庞杂，河水经常泛滥，给人民带来沉重灾难。康熙先后任用靳辅于成龙等人对河患进行治理并且取得了显著的功效。 康熙朝是全面治理黄淮水利最有成效的时期。本文对康熙朝治河措施及功绩进行研究，首先就靳辅，于成龙治河措施进行探讨。其次，对康熙朝治河取得的宏伟功绩给予肯定。河流安宁，漕运无阻，人民安居乐业，这对当时社会的安定和繁荣起到了促进作用。同时，河图绘制的格式特征、表述方式为新中国治理河流提供了宝贵资料。也是研究清初历史文化宝贵的材料。

Abstract

　　　Expect before Manchu dynasty, the water of downstream region in Huang Huai fastens huge miscellaneous, river water usually overflows and brings people a heavy disaster.Kangxi successively appoints Jin Be assisted to Jackie Chan to wait the effect that the person suffer from carrying on managing and obtained to show Zhao to the river.The Kangxi dynasty manages Huang Huai's water conservancy to have results to show the period of effect most completely.This text to Kangxi assist for the Jin first toward curing river measure and merit to carry on a research, cure river measure to carry on a study at Jackie Chan.Secondly, to Kangxi is toward curing the grand merit that the river obtains to give affirmation.The river is quiet and peaceful, the canal transport has no Zu, the people live happily, and this has already promoted a function at that time to social stability and prosperity.At the same time, the river diagram draws of format characteristic, express that the way managed river to provide precious data for new China.Is also a research in the early Ching dynasty history cultural precious material.
