摘要:随着社会的不断进步,特殊儿童教育问题日益引起人们的关注,随班就读是当前对特殊儿童进行教育的一种有效形式。然而,特殊儿童在随班就读过程中表现出诸多的课堂问题行为不仅不利于他们的学习和身心发展,也影响到整个班级教学质量的提高。文章以蒙自市某小学四年级学生福康(化名)为例,分析福康课堂退缩行为产生的原因,提出相应的矫正策略,希望对矫治随班就读特殊儿童的课堂退缩行为有所帮助。

ABSTRACT:With the development of society, the special children's education problem increasingly cause the attention of people, along with the class is the special education to children in an effective way. However, in special children read along with the class to show the process many classroom problem behavior not conducive to their study and the physical and mental development, also affect the whole class the improvement of teaching quality .This article is taking the Fukang(alias) who is the fourth grade student in X primary school in Mengzi city as an example and anglicizing the reason of the classroom back behavior of Fukang, at the same time , put forward the corresponding correction strategy to help the special children who are learning in regular class to correcting their classroom back behavior.

退缩行为不利于儿童学习的进步和身心的发展,要矫正这些行为,需要多方共同努力:首先学校必须把随班就读工作纳入工作中心,关注到每个特殊儿童的发展,充分利用学校的有利资源为其发展创造良好的条件,加强教师特殊教育培训,加强学校硬件,软件设施建设等;其次教师在情感,态度,价值观,教学目标、内容、方法、评价等方面对特殊儿童的教育都应具体到位、认真负责;最后家长及其监护人方面,应该在对特殊儿童关爱的基础上,加强自身的特殊教育知识和技能培训,给特殊儿童创造和谐温暖的家庭氛围,让特殊儿童在一个轻松愉悦的氛围中不断发展、不断提高。本文通过对随班就读儿童福康进行课堂退缩行为的原因分析,在参考借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,尝试提出相应的对策,为随班就读课堂退缩行为的矫正提供借鉴。
